This document establishes the terms and conditions under which you may use the website www.parseea.com.

The website www.parseea.com is owned and managed by the company OCTOGON FASHION SRL, with its registered office at PIAȚA NAȚIUNILOR UNITE 3-5, BUCHAREST, SECTOR 4, BL B2, SC. 1, AP. 28, registered with the ONRC under no. J2016016384409, having CUI 36838319, hereinafter referred to as "Parseea".

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice. Any modification takes effect immediately, unless otherwise specified. We recommend checking this page periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

1. Acceptance of terms

Accessing and using the website parseea.com implies acceptance of the terms and conditions presented below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.

All information on the website is general in nature and applies to all visitors ("Users").

2. Definitions

  • WEBSITE / PLATFORM – the domain www.parseea.com and its associated subdomains.

  • ACCOUNT – the email + password combination that allows a CLIENT access to restricted areas.

  • CLIENT – the natural or legal person who places an order through the site after creating an account.

  • DISTANCE CONTRACT – any contract concluded between a professional and a consumer, within an organized distance selling system, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.

  • CONTENT – all information available on the site that can be accessed electronically.

  • TRANSACTION – the collection or refund of an amount resulting from the sale of a product.

3. Intellectual property rights

3.1. The structure, design, graphic elements, and functionalities of the site are the property of Parseea.

3.2. Logos, texts, images, and all available materials are protected by Romanian and international intellectual property law.

3.3. Reproduction, distribution, or use of materials without the written consent of Parseea is prohibited.

3.4. Any unauthorized attempt to modify the content gives Parseea the right to address the competent courts.

3.5. It is forbidden to transmit to the site or to the company's email addresses any illegal, defamatory, obscene, dangerous, or law-violating materials.

4. Website usage

4.1. Access to the website is free. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site.

4.2. Parseea is not responsible for the unavailability of the site, regardless of the reason.

4.3. Users are responsible for the equipment and connections necessary for access.

5. Online sales policy

5.1. Orders can only be placed for delivery in Romania.

5.2. Account sharing between users is prohibited.

5.3. Parseea may display information about products/promotions within the limits of available stock.

5.4. Products are intended for personal use.

5.5. Prices are displayed in lei (RON) and include VAT.

5.6. Payment methods: bank card, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

5.7. Product images are for presentation purposes and may differ slightly from reality.

5.8. Prices may be modified without notice before placing the order.

5.9. Order validation implies confirmation of availability and delivery details.

5.10. Shipping is done by courier, for a fee, starting from 22 RON.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is made only to adults, based on an identity document.

6.2. The average delivery time is 5 working days, but will not exceed 45 days.

6.3. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed, and the amounts paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

7. Warranties and responsibilities

7.1. Some products may benefit from a contractual warranty, specified in the product sheet.

7.2. Parseea does not guarantee the permanent existence of products in stock.

8. Return and withdrawal policy

8.1. The client may return products in the following cases:

  • severely damaged product,

  • incorrectly delivered product,

  • incorrect size/thickness.

8.2. In the case of a justified complaint, Parseea will replace the product or refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days.

8.3. Returned products must be in perfect condition, with all labels, documents, and seals intact.

8.4. Return costs are borne by the customer.

8.5. Withdrawal from the contract without reason can be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with GEO 34/2014.

8.6. The refund will be made within 14 days, to the same account/card with which the payment was made.

8.7. Parseea reserves the right to charge a cost for restoring the products to their original state (0–50% of the value) if the product is returned with wear, missing parts, or signs of use.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1. The use of the site is at the user's own risk.

9.2. Parseea is not responsible for viruses or errors originating from other sites accessed via external links.

10. Modifications to the website and content

10.1. We reserve the right to modify the structure or content of the website at any time, without notice.

10.2. We make efforts to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee the complete absence of errors.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

11.1. The applicable law is Romanian law.

11.2. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest.
