Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy sets out the conditions under which products sold on the website www.parseea.com are processed, shipped, and delivered to customers.

1. General Information

Parseea products are made to order, in our workshop, specifically for each customer. For this reason, each order requires a specific processing time before shipment.

By placing an order on the site, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Delivery Policy.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–15 working days, the time required for product creation in the workshop.

  • The processing time may vary depending on:

    • order volume,

    • product complexity,

    • material availability.

  • During busy periods (promotional campaigns, holidays), the processing time may be extended, in which case the customer will be informed.

3. Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery is made exclusively via fast courier services, within Romania.

Delivery Costs:

  • 22 lei – standard delivery fee

  • Free shipping for orders exceeding the promotional threshold displayed on the site

The shipping cost is clearly displayed before completing the order.

4. Delivery Time

  • After processing is completed, orders are handed over to the courier.

  • The estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days, depending on location and courier.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors (weather conditions, busy periods, courier delays).

Parseea cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

5. Receiving the Package

Upon receiving the package, the customer is kindly asked to:

  • check the integrity of the packaging;

  • report any visible damage to the courier.

Any issue related to delivered products must be reported within 3 calendar days of receipt, according to the procedure in the Return Policy.

6. Custom-Made Products – Important Note

Given that Parseea products are made especially for each customer, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal according to GEO 34/2014, art. 16 lit. c.

Products are delivered only after order confirmation and completion of the production process.

7. Exchanges and Delivery for Exchanged Products

  • In case of a size or product exchange, the chosen item re-enters production.

  • The processing time for an exchange is the same as for a new order (1–15 working days).

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

8. Delivery in Case of Non-Conformity

In situations where:

  • the product has manufacturing defects;

  • a different product than ordered was delivered;

  • the delivered size does not match the order,

Parseea will proceed according to Law 140/2021, by:

  • repair,

  • replacement,

  • or, if these are not possible, reimbursement of the product's value.

Delivery of the replaced product is made under the conditions of a standard order.
