Exchange policy

This Exchange Policy regulates the conditions and procedure applicable to the exchange of products purchased through the website www.parseea.com.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

NATURE OF THE EXCHANGE

1.1. Product exchange is a commercial facility offered by Parseea, distinct from the legal right of withdrawal regulated by GEO 34/2014.

1.2. The customer has 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the package to request a product exchange.

1.3. An exchange is considered registered only upon completion and submission of the online exchange form available on the website.

Requests submitted after the 14-day period may be refused.

Parseea exchanges are carried out through a simultaneous logistics operation (delivery of the new product and collection of the original product at the same time), an operation that involves two distinct transport segments.

Under the standard exchange procedure, the customer pays for a single shipment of 25 RON, cash on delivery to the courier, with Parseea bearing the cost of the second transport segment related to the simultaneous operation.

Thus, Parseea covers part of the logistical cost of the exchange.

EXCLUSIVE METHOD FOR REGISTERING AN EXCHANGE

2.1. Exchanges are requested exclusively by filling out the online form available in the dedicated section of the website (the one below).

2.2. The form must mandatorily contain:

●name used when placing the order;●order number;●product owned;●desired exchange product;●phone number;●email address.

2.3. Requests sent via email, phone, social media, or other channels do not equate to exchange registration and do not produce effects without the online form being submitted.

2.4. The customer will not initiate product shipment or order a courier independently. Exchanges shipped without adherence to the procedure may be refused.

EXCHANGE MECHANISM

3.1. The exchange is carried out through a simultaneous operation (handover-receipt), via the GLS courier designated by Parseea.

3.2. The procedure is as follows:

●Parseea ships the new product to the customer;●upon delivery, the customer is obliged to hand over the original product to the courier.

3.3. The exchange is not processed as a new, separate order, but within the same logistics operation.

3.4. Exchange processing depends on the availability of the requested product.

COSTS AND PAYMENT METHOD

4.1. The shipping fee for the exchange is 25 RON and is borne by the customer.

4.2. The shipping fee is paid cash on delivery to the courier, at the time of delivery of the new product.

4.3. The product requested for exchange must have a value equal to or greater than the original product.

4.4. If the chosen product is more expensive, the price difference is paid in the same operation, cash on delivery to the courier, along with the shipping fee.

4.5. Exchange for products of lesser value than the initial purchased product is not accepted.

CONDITIONS REGARDING THE PRODUCT HANDED OVER FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible, the product handed over must:

●be in the same condition as it was delivered;●show no signs of wear, use, washing, or damage;●have all original labels intact;●not be modified or adjusted;●be properly packaged for transport.

Direct application of adhesive tape to the product or its original packaging is not permitted.

Verification of the handed-over product is carried out after its receipt at Parseea's headquarters, in video-monitored areas.

If it is found that the handed-over product does not meet the above conditions, Parseea reserves the right to:

●restrict access to the exchange option for future orders;●refuse to process future orders;●limit available payment methods;●suspend the customer's account in repeated cases.

 

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

6.1. In situations where the delivered product is wrong or has a defect attributable to Parseea, the customer is obliged to notify the situation within a maximum of 3 calendar days from the receipt of the package.

6.2. Notification is sent exclusively to the address: contact@parseea.com

6.3. The email must contain:

●order number;●description of the situation;●relevant clear photos.

6.4. If the error or defect is confirmed, Parseea will bear the shipping costs related to the exchange.

6.5. Exceeding the 3-day period may lead to the inability to verify the situation and the application of the standard procedure.

 

FAILED DELIVERY. OBLIGATION OF AVAILABILITY

This clause applies to all situations of shipping a product to the customer, including:

●standard exchange;●exchange for a defective product;●exchange for a wrongly delivered product;●any situation where shipping is borne by Parseea.

7.1. The customer is obliged to:

●provide a complete and correct address;●be available for delivery;●answer the courier's calls;●pay cash on delivery amounts due (if applicable);●hand over the original product.

7.2. The courier will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 (two) times.

7.3. If delivery cannot be made due to reasons attributable to the customer, including:

●inability to be contacted by phone;●absence at the address;●refusal to accept the package;●refusal to hand over the product;●non-payment of cash on delivery,

the package will be returned to Parseea's headquarters.

7.4. In this situation, the exchange is considered canceled.

7.5. If the customer subsequently wishes to reship the product, this will only be done with the customer bearing the full shipping costs. Under the standard exchange procedure, the customer pays for a single shipment of 25 RON, with Parseea effectively bearing the cost of the second shipment related to the simultaneous operation. If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer and the package returns to Parseea's headquarters, a new shipment will involve payment for two shipments (25 RON x 2), representing the cost of the initial generated shipment and the cost of the new delivery.

7.6. Parseea reserves the right to restrict the exchange option or refuse future orders in case of repeated failed deliveries.

Refusal to accept the package or inability to deliver does not equate to exercising the right of withdrawal.

 

FINAL PROVISIONS

This policy is drafted in accordance with Romanian legislation applicable to distance contracts and the principles of contractual good faith.

Parseea reserves the right to modify this policy, with the applicable version being the one published on the website on the date the exchange request is registered.

Exchange Form

This form must be completed in its entirety to register an exchange request. The exchange is considered validly registered only upon submission of the form through the online platform. Submitting the request via email, phone, or other channels does not constitute the initiation of the exchange procedure.

STATEMENT

By submitting this form, I declare that:
• the product I am exchanging is in the same condition as when it was delivered;
• it shows no signs of wear, use, or damage;
• all original labels are intact;
• it has not been modified or adjusted;
• it is properly packaged for transport;
• I acknowledge that the shipping fee of 25 RON will be paid cash on delivery to the courier;
• if the requested exchange product is more expensive, the price difference will be paid cash on delivery, in the same transaction;
• I acknowledge that delivery will be attempted a maximum of two times, and in case of failure due to reasons attributable to me, without prior notice, a new shipment will incur two shipping fees (25 RON x 2).
